Registration page not working

Hi Guys, got an issue where clients have to submit the registration page twice and I am not sure why that is.. Any help would be appreciated.

That's the thing I wish there was an error but nothing the page just repost and the fields have to be filled out a second time.

I think the reason it page is not working when I enter is that the session is showing as timed out and when the page refreshes it creates a new session and I am then able to register. Problem is I don't know how to fix this now.
