Custom Report Error

Greetings everyone,

I am trying to create custom report.
The step i took was using menu Extras > Statistic & Reports > Report, and then I choose the red Create Custom Report link.
But after i clicked that link, it only display this :

Any idea how i fix this issue?

If you don't have developer edition than you cannot edit that and you must wait for bug repair.

Try updating to the latest version it should be resolved now.

Hey thank you, i've just updated to version : 2014-03-22 and everything works just fine.

* I can't update to latest 3 updates because it says there is a permission error on my server, (error while updating routes.php)
but now it just works like a magic (i don't know what happened, i never change anything at my server LOL) ...

By the way, there is another error ...
When i generate report, if a cell does not contain data, it will be pulled to the leftside column.
The example below shows that Client Company for Invoice ID 17, 18, 19, 20 does not contain data,
so the Invoice Total was moved to Client Company column.

Any idea how to fix this?

Good to hear we are on the right track. Please see if there are any patches for hostbill as of last version I submitted a bug report about another error and believe it was resolved. If you still see the issues please submit a bug report to him. I am one to help hostbill and not bash them as some in this forum do. If I can help I will.

Thank you sir, already submit 2 (two) bug reports to bugs@hostbillapp.com this morning.
