Allowed IP Access --> How can I reset this feature as Admin?

I have a question and hope a person can help me.
If the customer activate the function "Allowed IP Access"

And later the customer has an other IP...

How can I reset this feature as Admin?

Login as the client from the admin interface and remove the ip or add the one he has.

Correct you have to take out the code from hostbill.
