Greetings and Hello ...

So, i was purchased HostBill license last year, and when i want to perform auto-uprage, it fails and display this message :

I have done this things already :

  • checked my php.ini and change memory limit to 512MB
  • makesure mkdir, copy, chown, etc is not disabled on php.ini
  • change ownership to all hostbill files to apache:apache
  • restart server to make sure fresh resource is available during auto-upgrade

But the problem still exist.
Any suggestion for this problem?

Big Thank You in advance.

Kind Regards,

Are you using a controlpanel on the server? If yes, which one?

Hmm, i'm not sure what to answer, so far this is a relatively clean instalation with no plugins installed, still on Development goal.

Activated Plugins are :

  • HostBilll Extras
  • Hostbill Auto-Upgrade
  • Image Uploader for Orderpages
  • Bank Transfer
  • Enom Registrar
  • Hosting - Manual Dedicated
  • Hosting - Manual VPS

This is an install on a RedHat 6 server, no control panel as far as i know.

Hope this helps.

It seems like there is some permissions issue.
Install suPHP on your server, so hostbill can run with proper permissions and ownership.

Hi,

How is PHP being run on your server?  Via Apache?  FastCGI?  CGI?
