PayPal reference transactions, ASCIO plugin, ...

Hello,

we're a webhosting firm in Austria and we're looking for a new billing / hosting automation system and are considering hostbill.
Prior to testing, we have a couple of questions:

PayPal subscriptions cause huge confusion if a client has multiple services or decides to cancel and forgets to cancel the subscription.
For a couple of months we are using PayPal reference transactions now .. works like direct debit or a credit card capture request.
Does HostBill support PayPal reference transactions?

We have most of our GTLDs registered with ASCIO Technologies ... Is there a (third party?) plugin available?
How about nic.at, euRID, SWITCH ?
