Fake Payment Gateway for testing?

Hi, right now I'm trying to develop a hook in HostBill, this hook is intended to run after an invoice is paid... so for that (as administrator) I generate invoices and mark it all as paid, but this doesn't execute the hook, I think that the hook only runs when the client (not the administrator) pays an invoice...

So is there a Fake Payment Gateway, that a client can use to pay (without really paying)? I can add funds to the client account, but, while paying the invoice, it needs to select a payment gateway. And even if the price is set to $0.00 the payment gateway requires price to be greater than $0.

What I can do, to test without wasting my money? Thanks in advance.

Not sure, but does the PayPal Sandbox offer this sort of functionality?
