How to reorder client number?!? [Urgent]

Hi Guys,

My clients customer number starts at #3 instead of #1.  How do I fix this?  I've done it before but I have forgotten.

Remove all clients or login to phpmyadmin and look for the client id and update them. I have not seen an option in hostbill to edit that for the client. Would be a great idea for them to add the ability to edit all the information you need to from hostbill and not have to login to mysql to do it.
