Hostbill Crawls

We never had this issue before but recently we've been noticing Hostbill is very slow to do anything on the front end client or backend admin. Clicking on Services and Invoices tab takes a long time to load.  I checked the cpu load and disk iops and they are minimal.  The MySQL queries is also minimal.  I do notice a lot of CLOSE_WAIT connections though. Restarting apache resolves the issue but then recurs 10 minutes later.  We're running the latest version.  Is it due to throttling of the software with their two products? https://hostbillapp.com/clientarea/index.php?/cart/hostbill-licenses/

We're going to install on another server and hopefully it'll improve.

It should not be a problem regardless the versions...

I would move to another host/server...
