Capture not working

I am having a annoying problem with the payments module.
The Capture for the payments dosent work

I cant find where the problem is..

I am using nginx and hostbill Version: 4.7 , with SSL ,
paypal module Version: 2.0 Filename: class.paypal.php
No errors in the error log of nginx


So i have setup my paypal account + api info , in the paypal module.
(disabled paypal verifiaction ) i have tried with it on too.

When i go to place an order , when i click checkout i am not redirected to the paypal site to make the payment, i jut see the payment finished order.
In the admin the order is setup as UNPAID.

If i check my callback url in the paypal  developers IPN test tool box, i get an OK.

When i have an usucessful order i dont see nothing in the Payment logs, so it must be that the payment dosent reach paypal, its a problem from hostbill.

I have setup the cron to 5 minutes

I've had this from day one, I created multiple support tickets to solve this and nothing

what did they say in the tickets ? What could be the problem ?


Another BUG i have found is that, in Internet Explorer , if you click on a direct add to cart button

ex: https://my.site.net/?cmd=cart&action=add&id=23 it dosent add the product to the cart, it just goes to the order page.
