Domain activation error

When I go tu activate a domain manually I get an error. I've tried everything, and  I cant fix it.

In this I'm not using a domain module because is a testing, should work fine.

Why not install the OpenSRS module and then use the horizon test server?

I get that error with any registration module. The problem is something in the system not in the module.
