HTML / Plaintext emails

We are having issues with ticket / welcome emails going to spam because:

-1.105   MIME_HTML_ONLY   Message only has text/html MIME parts
You should also include a text version of your message (text/plain)

Our emails include 3 images and a bunch of HTML, 44% text.

Am I confused on how the email templates work, there is a "Plain Text" tab and a "HTML" tab.  Why does the text in the "Plain Text" tab automatically turn into HTML once you switch tabs and go back to it.

Can anyone else get plain text emails to work?  No matter what I do, they are always HTML, even if I can get the text box inside the Plain Text to be literally only text no html, there is still HTML added after the email is sent.......

Note: It takes ~60 - 90 minutes for cPanel install, during this time it's best you do not make any changes to your VPS.<br />

It includes HTML regardless... Makes no sense.
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8

Hi,

Sadly Hostbill is made so you either use plaintext, or HTML mails..

I advise you to use www.mail-tester.com :) See attached image for our mail-score with our Welcome config cpanel mail, the only downscore is that Hostbil never was coded to both send plain and HTML versions.
