Nominet module

We have a number of HostBill licences and the Nominet module is still broken. Does anyone else out there have the same issue? We have paid for  support ticket and the reply was from Kris back in July " We are surprised by this and will fix it", but new update after update just has new order forms and still no fix for a module and been waiting months!.

You shouldn't be surprised by this at all.

This has been going on for almost a year now, is well documented, and getting worse by the day. Lawrence and others here have been discussing imminent legal action, so you may want to stay tuned for updates in those threads here.

kbkp has, according to many here, allegedly violated various aspects of criminal law in the EU, so if it's too late for you to do a chargeback on your purchase then you might really be interested in following those threads.

As I understand it, there is more than one law firm (and perhaps law enforcement agencies) involved in this fiasco.
