Wrong Parameter

I have configured connection to OnAPP AnycastDNS for a product. The product comes at no cost. It is working fine all the while.

However, I faced the problem, error "Wrong Parameter" when place an order for this product.

If I provision the product, it would work. I just can't place the order as client for this product.
