I have one legit user who's getting rare fraud order deny. I have increased risk score and works but now the user can't add any funds due to error "Your recent order has been marked as fraud, please settle this case before adding funds" . How to remove this on this user ??

I have disabled fraud modules but the issue persists.

Thank you

Well you can either

-deactivate the module
- or even better use order scenarios

you go in settings, ordering, order scenarios,
make a new one without fraud prevention then you go
and make a new custom group for all customers excluded from this
you can set your new fraudless order scenario there

that way any new customer gets fraud checked, those youre assigned to that group wont.

but serisously thats not that hard you could have find that on your own pretty easy.
i mean im not even using this software and found that just at testing it

Unless you regularly have customers who get hacked and have their account abused for malicious purchases, I would recommend disabling fraudcheck on recurrent customers. This limits such issues to a single instance per customer which gives you the option of having strict checks with excellent fraud prevention without annoying existing customers.

The thing is I already did that when I opened this topic with no effect, the client its still not able to add funds. I have even disabled fraud modules but the issue persists.  Here is my settings :

Here is the client side error when adding funds only:

That specific client can order without issue now but he can't add funds with the mentioned error. I have disable fraud modules without effect.

You should have an Order->Fraud Order of this client. Mark it as non-fraud and the customer should be able to do purchases.
