Hostbill + Cacti Error

Hello,

I am trying to integrate my Cacti installation with Hostbill. I have Cacti setup to generate graphs for each port on my switch and that works as it should. I have also copied the hb_api.php file to the Cacti installation directory. Lastly, I have setup the Cacti app within Hostbill and the test configuration operation shows "Success".

However, when trying to assign a switch port / graph to a service I get this error "Error: unable to load switches from related Cacti App". That shows up after clicking the "Select switch/ports to connect" button from within the Bandwidth tab. Do I need to set the device in Cacti as a switch somehow? Currently the switch is using the Generic SNMP-enabled host template in Cacti and using SNMP v3.

I appreciate any help that can be given.

I have confirmed that the hb_api.php file works as I can access the Cacti graphs using the API outside of Hostbill. I'm not sure why clicking the button in Hostbill itself does not return the same results.

Hello,

Did you could make CACTI works with the Bandwidth tab?

I have the same issue and I have no answer from HostBill about this problem.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
