Weird Error

A client upgraded their Cloud Resources, and now they can't create virtual machines. Any idea how to end this weird error when they try to add servers?

"Your account is pending upgrade, you can't create new VMs until it is completed"

Do you have the upgrade account on automation or does it require manual upgrade-accept? And if it does have you done it?

Where would you make such a setting? I would assume it's automatic.

I compared the billing plan in OnApp with what Hostbill has, and they are both the same. I don't understand what is happening here.

What is the cp you are using? most of the time try to suspend the account and then unsuspend it and also try to resync the config.
