Just where do I change, "Welcome to our Client Portal"

I grep'd and didn't find that string in any file and it's starting to bug me. Some one joked about it too so it's time to fix that.

But where do I affect that change? Is it in the template (I'm using ModernPanel) or a particular table?

could be that different language was used in yours from whatever version.
