Service automated suspending

I have the problem, that the automated suspending of service not work if a new invoice is generated before the suspending date.

As example first invoice is generated on 07/01/2013 the time for suspending the service is set to 30 days, so the service must be suspended on 07/31/2013 or 08/01/2013.

If a new invoice is generated 7 days before 08/01/2013 what means before the service will be suspended, the date of suspending the service is changed to the new invoice.

So if this happens HostBill shows another day for suspending the service based on the new invocie date + 30 days so this means, the service will never be suspended for me, because invoice is generated 7 days before next date what is correct but suspending goes than on the new invoice date.

Has someone the same effect? Or what did you do to get this work correctly ?
