Onapp Metered billing

Hello,
I have problem with metered billing in onapp. It doesn't decrease my credits value, only always suspend account.
I'm using pre-paid and new user has this metered billings:
Date updated Memory CPU Cores Disk Size Data sent Total due
2013-07-09 19:15 7,908 MB 0 30 GB 0 GBs $0.4763 USD
2013-07-09 16:15 0 MB 0 0 GB 0 GBs $0.0000 USD
2013-07-09 15:15 0 MB 0 0 GB 0 GBs $0.0000 USD
After that account is suspanded:
2013-07-09 19:15:02 Automation Account suspension due to insufficient credit Success
although he has 500$ credits.
Can you help me?
