Odd behavior

Not a support thing, it's just a general observation and i'm curious if anyone else notices it.

We sometimes utilize the hostbill live chat and it appears to function without a hitch.  Operable word "Appears".  We also utilize LuckyOrange and have for some time.  There will be plenty of times we see 1-2 users on the site yet LuckyOrange captures a good 10-15 recordings within the same 4-5 hour time period.

What i'm saying or commenting on here is this.  Is it just me or does anyone else notice that the live tracker on Hostbill Live Chat doesn't  quite track very well.  I have proof in videos that tons of visitors are on my sites yet Hostbill Live Chat doesn't appear to see all these people visiting or leaving the site.  It's pretty odd.

yeah - we have seen the same thing.   Live Chat sadly seems to be working when it wants to ... :-(
