Yesterday hostbill team has announced the migration script
https://hostbillapp.com/clientarea/?/software_store/applications/migration_manager/

it looks like scenario based task manager.
It would be great if it is provisioned as app.
I can use it as addon.

could be useful. $200 useful? nope. he's just too funny. I made a new module that puts a picture of a cat on your dashboard.... $199!!!

Price depends up to your needs.
199$ is also high for me.
99$ looks ok for me.
Still those prices are high imo.

Yikes, not even at $99 is this worth it.  This is a good $25 to $30 app.  Not $200.  Seems like a good start to a decent app but not $200, not $100

these tiny little maybe useful things he can kick out quickly like this and are just the beginnings of things, are worth $19.95. ESPECIALLY with the core, that has no functionality, being $600.

Like you said in the other thread.  Let these apps mature, knock bugs out a little bit and then think about an appropriate price.  My issue with him right now is he's throwing the most random EXTREME pricing out there for modules made in 2-3 days.  There is no way he's been working on 10 modules over 6 months and they are released once a week as paid.

I really like the IDEA of the monitoring one but $400 is a jaw dropper.  $50 out the gate with no support.  $400 should include the source code.

I bet there is someone out there buying this, and every other HB product. That can be the only reason behind the madness.

I think you're spot on with the value of these plugins Paul.

But that would assume, however, that they weren't actually fakeware in the first place.

If kbkp can't simply fix what's broken, instead of breaking what's working (i.e., domain sync in 4.6.8 apparently), and barfing out fakeware that doesn't work for $200 bucks a pop, I don't know if there's a bilge pump in the world w/enough GPM to bail out the kbkp dinghy.
