Onapp CDN Provisioning

We are currently using Onapp 3.0 with the latest version of Hostbill but having difficulties getting CDN services provisioned.

Has anyone encountered any issues?  This is the error we receive:

Action: create
Result: FAIL
Errors:
            Unable to set Edge Group Limit, Billing plan already contains locations which are present in edge group being added, Unable to create/detect billing plan during account creation
    ----------------------------------------------------

Any ideas? I've checked the docs and double checked everything to make user the Onapp user has the appropriate permissions.

I'm guessing nobody here has had this working with OnApp's CDN.

We do. Just never ran in to that error.

You must put OnApp CDN and not just OnApp on order page.
