Email import issues

Anyone else noticing issues with email import and the assigned name?

Some of the imported email shows their first name, others pop up like this "No_name , wrote"  It's pretty odd considering it imports the proper ticket info

Oh man, I hope this doesn't turn out to be another breakage post 4.6.4 - I was forced into the update because of the security patch dammit.

You're talking about ticket responses and such right?

I just can't have a broken trouble ticket system.

Things were so easy breazy back when I used RT.

Unfortunately it is i believe and it's not a mistake on our behalf.

Two screenshots below.  Imported the information correctly to the right ticket and changed the name twice even though all of our users have a first and last name.
