Hi dear all, I setup LAMP server and trying to install hostbill latest version.
After License agreement when I enter database connection details I get error 500.

"is currently unable to handle this request.
500"

I downloaded Hostbill for PHP 5.5 and higher and my PHP version is 5.6.13. I installed ioncube loader version 5.1.2
No httpd error log appeared.

Please assist.

Best
Sh.

There would be more than one place containing your error logs.

/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
/path/to/home/www/error_log

Create a PHP info file and take a look at where the error logs would be stored. Then tail the log file and grep by your IP, that'll show you what's causing the error.
