Licence Problem

Greetings friends.
we are having troubles with our licence. Since we changed our domain registrant service (7 days ago), our hostbill says the directory not match. Everything seems to be ok, but the directory shows Red letters indicating : "Your license is invalid or it hasn't been activated. Please login to the hostbillapp.com clientarea and make sure your domain, IP and path to your installation of HostBill match ". Domai, IP matches ok in green, but the directory appears red and says "NO MATCH". Suggestions ? Thanks a lot for ur help.

Hi,

Changing your domain registrar should not cause the license issue...are you sure you didn't change anything else? In any case you can just login to hostbill website clientarea and goto License troubleshooting and submit a ticket regarding your issue to them. They would try and sort out the issue with you.

Are you having license issues?

Anyhow, just login to your clientarea at clients.hostbillapp.com and then goto  Services->Hostbill Licenses and select the license to view its details. On the page that opens, you would have options on the left inner menu for "License troubleshooting/ Report License problem".
