Change service from one client to another

Hi,

does anyone know how i can move a service from Client Account A to B ? Like a Domain from Client ID 1 to Client ID 2 ? Or did i have to use the database for this?

yes exactly this is what i mean :-). I have known that hostbill has this function and in the past i have used it, but i have searched and searched and not found it again.
