How to send mass email only to active clients ?

How to send mass email only to active clients with active servers ? I got complains from users that are no longer clients with active servers.

With regret, I don't think there is a way to do this without manually selecting the client list.  It is no where near ideal but thats the best that HostBill has at current.

Disappointing; this would be an attractive feature especially if you could choose between active and non active so that you could mass email all inactive clients with teaser offers to bring them back
