After moving to new location, SMTP error

Hi,
I have moved my Hostbill to a new server,but the automation of sending email seems not ok.
I test my email setting, it shows"Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.SMTP server error: Called Reset() without being connected".
And the status of sending email almost shows failed,error messages like"TLS.SMTP server error: RSET failed" and the above error.
But sometimes a few email sent successfully.

Could anyone help me ?
