namecheap.com error_during_registration

hi guys,
i face problem from about 2 month i cant register anything from namecheap.com from my hostbill
i tried to install fresh copy of hostbill and make sure everything is good also i test the app its working but when
client or me from admin area try to order new domain this error show up
error_during_registration and domain not registred
also i doubal check everything

after alot of test i found the problem
that is the client didnt fill all the information while registertion the moudel faild to register the domain cuz its send
the client information to namecheap when the client already missing alot of his information
anyway still have one little problem
if the client set his number like this +XXXXX it will fail with error message phone number is wrong format
it must be like this 00xxxxx what i can do to avoide this problem cuz i can't tell all the client what is the correct format

I don't think there is a lot you can do about this apart from:

1. Find a coder who can add some validation to the page to ensure that correct details are inserted.
2. Raise a bug with KBKP to state that illegal characters are allowed.

i have open a bug ticket on hostbill
and hope they will fix this problem like whmcs there is an option to not send the client information
to up stream domains registration so namecheap or another company will use the default profile in the website
