[Server Fix] ConfigServer & HostBill - Suspicious Process Running

If you're getting "Suspicious process running under [cpanelusername] for Hostbill cron job runs, then follow these directions.

1. Login to SSH
2. Add the following line in /etc/csf/csf.pignore

# Ignore Commands
cmd: php -q /home/CPANELUSERNAME/public_html/HOSTBILL-DIRECTORY/admin/cron.php

(I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but in mine I don't have a space between the cmd: and php. I had to put the space there or else you'll end up with this ---> :p)

It's not a very technical tutorial, but I'm sure it'll help some people. Common ConfigServer practices. This will ignore the cron job call each time it's called.
