Paypal email was not provided during order - But it was

Dear All,

During PayPal payments, we have noticed that the Authorize Payment step is marked as Completed but with the below information:

Authorization return: Paypal email was not provided during order

The issue is, when someone signs up (and during our tests) a PayPal email address is entered during the sign-up process.  (A box appears on the order page to enter PayPal email).  However, the above error suggest that none was entered so PayPal does not authorise.  Please also see attached screenshot for more detail.

Anyone have experience of this issue?
