Hostbill client area password request not getting second email

Hi all,

Like to check if anyone facing similar issue with client area forgotten password function?
I got a user clicked forgotten password and hostbill sent out first email indicating  password will be sent in next email etc but it never did....

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have just checked with Blue and Cloudy Theme (latest version) and I cannot replicate the issue.

All parts of the functionality work for us.

Thanks I am not using the latest version yet (reluctant to upgrade since all others are working fine....)
