additional security steps renaming admin directory problem

Hello everyone

Im having a problem with renaming the admin directory and cant figure out where the problem lies

So i have renamed the directory and renamed it in the config.php

The client area functions normally and fine but when i navigate to the acp it just displays a white page if i rename it back to admin the admin panel works fine has anyone come across this before?

for me it is working with this line

$hb_admin_folder='myfolder';

you must take a look on your webserver error.log if you still get a white page and then check the error messages, than you can see why you get the white page.

But for me the line above is working without any issues.
