Client cancelation has no effect !

Hello,

I have many clients complaining they canceled the server but I received no notification and nothing happened. How to fix it ?

I have just tested (latest version of HostBill) a cancellation and I did receive an email advising me.

- Is the template email enabled?
- In the system logs can you see the activity of the client and confirm they are terminating?
- Was this working before or has the functionally only just stopped working?

In Extras --> System Logs --> Emails Sent can you see the Termination request being created and sent?

(I tested this and can see that Hostbill sent an email to Admins to state a customer has requested a termination).

In the hostbill main page you should have a sections which shows Orders today: 0   Activated: 0   Pending: 0          0 Pending Cancellation Requests In this section you will see if you have any cancellations waiting.

I think you may have to log a support ticket as I cannot simulate this issue.  I always get an email to announce that someone is requesting a cancellation and it shows in the home page as EnterpriseVPSSolutions states.

After client contacts you how you will be able to automatically delete the server at the end of the billing time ?
