Checkbox problem

Hi,

i have at the moment the problem, that i have added some checkboxes and they are all checked, also on the sourcecode you can see this:

<input name="custom[1416][6328]" value="1" id="custom_field_1416" checked="checked"

so why are they marked as checked and how can i remove this or is this a new bug?

How did you add them?  Are talking about adding when setting up order pages / components / add ons?

1. What order pages are you using?  (If you flick to another order page type does the same issue occur?)
2. What Client Portal template are you using?

Hi,

the orderpage is " Listing + more info" the same happens also on other order pages and the Client Portal template is "cloudy"

We use cloudy so that is the same.  We just setup a test product and order using 'Listing + More Info' and we still don't have the issue.  Please see the screenshot.

I need to think about this one!

i don't know why this is one my side on "checked" and at the moment i have no idea to fix this or why the checkboxes are checked.

I will create a complete new order page with a new product and will see if this also happens there or if this only happens on existing products.

okay i have tested it, it also happens on a completely new created order page with a new product, so i have no more ideas what can be the reason for this

That is frustrating. I will think about this more overnight and see what my brain comes up with.
