Can't add a Product

Hi guys

I'm new here and I'm using Hostbill since 4 months. I installed everthing and it was working fine. I had to to a migration to an other webhoster.

Since I moved Hostbill I'm not able to add a new product. I can start creating a product but it doesn't will be saved after I finish the process.
I'm experting since 1 week now and I can't find the right solution. Have anyone an idea what the problem could be ?

PS: By the way I 'm not able to upgrade to the newest version from hostbill with autoupgrade (discussed in the forum "Upgraded Failed"). How the hell can I upgrade Hostbill ? Have someone a solution ?

Hi Mike,

Can you please send some screenshots and I can take a look. 

Can you confirm the issue occurred when you moved to a new Web Host?

The Product Issue I think it is because of the new webhost the upgrade issue was already there on my old webhost.

1. I create a new order page --> works
2. I create a new product under the new order page --> (start creating works)
3. Saving --> I can press the button save
4. Nothing happens the order page is still empty an the product created before was not saved

I also have the same problem if you try to create a Product Addon or adding a new support ticket. It looks like a permission problem but I don't know which  file or folder I have to change the permissions.
