Auto Upgrade Hangs

Dear All,

Auto upgrade for our HostBill has suddenly stopped working - we are trying to upgrade to 24/10 version.  We goto the Auto Upgrade screen, click yes to upgrade and then it hangs forever.  We have to then restore the site to get HostBill back into operation.

Anyone have something similar?  Any good log files I should look at?

This is not a HB issue.  The download file was extremely slow due to outside network issues and this meant it took too long and timed out.
