What are the config for all working properly? 
we have :

APPS : test server success
Product hosting Plesk -> connect wiht App ->

Plesk : Test Configuration: Error : #1005 Protocol Version '1.6.3.6' Is Not Supported. Current Protocol Version Is '1.6.6.0
Plesk_user : test success, template customer empty, does not work
Plesk 10 : Test Configuration: Error : Protocol Version '1.6.3.6' Is Not Supported. Current Protocol Version Is '1.6.6.0'

short question, where did you download class.plesk.php from hostbill site as i couldn't find it there.

I confirm that Linux Plesk version 11.5 # 44 and Windows Plesk 12.0.8, accounts created first work ok.

From HostBill, we want to create a new account Windows to an existing user shows error. Can you confirm?
