Hostbill, Cloudstack and Metering

Hi,

I'm setting up a cloud hosting business using Hostbill, Cloudstack for billing and provisioning.    Currently tying to work with metering services and encountering some issues:

1.      Allocated VM: enter a value for 1 hr of allocated VM and hit save changes but the value always returns to zero?   What am I doing wrong?
2.      Resources.  Can anyone explain what the resources option does under pricing scheme for items like CPU, memory, disk etc.    I see there is an option for either regular or resources pricing.   Regular work OK but everytime I enter an annual amount under the resources tab, the value always returns to zero.
3.       Metered use for CPU and RAM.  I see options to bill usage for IP Address, traffc anddisk, but what about for RAM and CPU?
