PayPal Payment not showing as payment Methode

Hi guys

I have a little problem to configure the paypal payment module. I configured the Module  with the API settings etc.

If I order a product an proceed with the payment the paypal text is not showing up where I can choose the payment methode. (picture in the attachment)

Have anyone the same problem ? We are using the HB Modern Panel (A HostBill ClientArea)
