Setup the system as a cloud and not a vps this will allow your clients to control the resources and adjust them in the panel see https://enterprisevpssolutions.com/evdsportal/cart/enterprise-virtual-cloud/ this is a promox cloud for clients they can adjust resources durning the order and in the panel when the vps is online. https://enterprisevpssolutions.com/evdsportal/cart/vps/&step=0 those are just vps packages which you can do addon resources like drive space or memory but it would be easier to keep those packages just that packages and allow your clients to control the resources from the cloud packages. Please let me know if you understand.

Are you automatically provisioning the sever after order?  How do you do that if you don't have the promox module?

Enterprisevpssolutions

They stated they had it but thought they needed the onapp to use instead.

I think I see what he's done, used colocation as the order type then probably setup products using Promox module.  I thought you'd have to use Promox as the the order type but that appears not to be the case.  Hostbill wiki states that order types must be associated with the respective provisioning module so I would have expected his order type to be Promox.   ( as he didn't list it in his post showing the order types, I'm guessing he does not have Promox module activated).

I just tried using setting up a new order using colocation as the order type and then a new product using onapp as the third party app and that worked for setting up a product.   I haven't tested it to see if it automatically provisions.    If it does work, then it begs the question, what does the order type do and why have it?
